BMG MUSIC SERVICEBMG Direct ripoff, fraudulent billing to minor, failing to run check on orders Indianapolis Indiana

I have a 10yr old son and recieved a phone call from a collection agency stating that my son owed $30.98 to BMG music service. The guy with atlas collections talked to my minor son at first without me knowing it. Then I got on the phone and the guy was rude about the whole thing and I explained to him my son is a minor and how could BMG allow this to happen and he stated to me that apparently my son had been on the net and lied about his age and was sent cd's in the mail. My son has never recieved anything from BMG and he's special needs so why would BMG not run checks on these things to prevent this from happening. I am disputing it but what can be done in the future to prevent this from happening to another special needs child.. Thank You.
