BMG Music Service sends unwanted Music and makes me pay for return postage consumer rip-off fraud Greenville South Carolina
*Consumer Comment: BMG Music
*Consumer Comment: Never had a problem
Keep sending me artist of the month selections I do not order. Always return the do not wish any selection this time card, but still keep getting CD's I do not want. Then make me responsible for return S&H cost.
No 1-800 # to make easier customer problems. Had to search like hell just to find phone # to complain about this, no where online can you even find help for a complaint or problem. Deals and music are satisfactory but the companies customer service is a real stinker. Will be quiting the club for this reason, ASAP!

I used to be a customer of BMG. As stated above they do offer online cancellations. Also on the card they send you is an 800# to refuse delivery of the featured selection. I had no problems with them at all.

Never had a problem

I was a member of BMG Music Service for several years. I never had the problem of them sending me something I didn't want. If I forgot to return the card, and got a CD that I didn't want, I just wrote "Refused - Return to sender" on the package, and put it in the mail. NO POSTAGE WAS REQUIRED. Now they even offer online access to order/reject the featured selections, and you can get email reminders about the featured selections.
