BNP Paribas Net Agence Horrible banking, Unable to access funds once account is created, non responsive Paris Nationwide

BNP Paribas has been the worst bank we ever dealt with.  It took us 3 months to open an account, after which we faced difficulties getting a bank card, accessing agents, withdrawing funds and multiple unexplained service charges on a weekly basis.  The experience has been a nightmare and at times brought me to tears.  The last straw was when we tried to request a replacement card for 5 MONTHS! We sent emails, we contacted multiple representatives, we spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue.  As I write this 5 months later, we still did not get our card, we can not access our funds, the branches will not help us because the account is set up for online banking, no one responds online, we can not close the account and we are faced with non-responsiveness and lack of accountability.  DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!
