Bob Fitzgerald They were hired to partner with me to prospect on my behalf for potential listings and to provide coaching calls from Bob. The cost was $5000. I was never sent a lead for a listing that was legitimate, meaning the homeowner when contacted never authorized the listing appointment or the house was already listed with another Real Estate firm. The other classic thing they did was send me leads that we're a 3 hour drive away. As far as the coaching calls go, Bob Fitzgerald never provided any coaching what so ever! Pittsford New York

i strongly suggest to anybody considering signing an agreement to pay Bob Fitzgerald coaching DON'T.   I was promised at least a listing lead per week when I signed up.   What a bunch of bs that was.  When I did get a lead it was almost always a for sale by owner lead to list a property up in the mountains more than 3 hours out!  I would call the lead before considering the appointment and search the listing history, well guess what the lsiting was already listed!!!  Bob Fitzgerald never did what they promised up to including Bob Fitzgerald never calling to provide coaching.  I feel so stupid for sign on with this scam!  The worst part is Bob has never returned any of my emails or calls.

Run from these guys if you ever are contacted.  I feel like they stole $5000 from me!!!
