I began working for Bob Parsons aka 2201749 Ontario Inc. representing Boca Del Mar (bocadelmarmx.com) 19 February 2010.

On Monday 22 February 2010 around 2pm as soon as Bob Parsons left the office, Michelle the secretary began to around the room, get all loud and boisterous. Then she came over to my window, tripped over my telephone chord and my telephone almost flew off the desk as a result.

She came over to my window 5-6 times which was very disruptive.

Joe also came over a few times and I mentioned to him. Am I the only one with a window here?

Michelle also has windows in her office if she'd only lift the blinds.

Then Michelle comes into the office where Joe and I were working and begins to eat her lunch in the centre of the room and begins to talk to Joe in a very loud voice. It's extremely disruptive.

I am on the phone working very hard then she walks up to me in the middle of a call, pats me on the back and says John why don't you take a break?

I answer to her I am not here to take a break but to make money. I ask her to stop interrupting me.

Joe is a witness to her patting me on the back and telling me to take a break. If he denies this he's simply a coward. (Joe went on to say if he was a few years younger he would have punched me out.)

I've put a lot of time and effort into generating those leads and I expect to be paid the amount we agreed.

Also Michelle bad mouthed Bob Parsons behind his back. She told Joe that Bob is not doing very well (at the business).

I made this report known to Bob Parsons the morning of Wednesday 24 February 2010 via telephone. He told me that he could no longer have me there and that he would close my deals offering me only 5% (instead of 10% commission) originally agreed upon.

Bob is also involved in other seedy business deals such as:

(Both seem sketchy to me.)

I am not saying that www.bocadelmarmx.com is not legitimate but Bob Parsons definitely should not be the one representing them.

My personal opinion is that an endorsement from Robin Leach is not necessarily a good thing. He will represent any company so long as hes paid enough.

Also Bob Parsons told me on the phone, Get their money (the customer's). If you dont get it someone else will.

I am not saying Boca Del Mar is not legit. My opinion is that the lots are probably overpriced. The development is not less that 1 mile from the ocean but anyone is welcome to investigate for themselves.

My experience working with this character Bob Parsons was not a rewarding one. My advice is to stay away from his operation. Also to get paid he told me Id have to incorporate a company and invoice him (at a cost to myself around $500.)

In his office he uses MagicJack to call customers with a Texas area code so customers will think we are calling from USA not Canada. I also checked with MagicJack and it is possible to have a Canadian number.
