Beware of Bob SEO Services. We signed up with him on Oct 2015. He was confident he can produce quick results (showing up on first page of Google Search for all the critical key words within ~3-4 months). After 5 months, we shared data with him that organic search was not improving as he promised and that most of our traffic was coming from paid advertisement, etc. The day after we discussed the results of the organic search with him, we began to receive spam attacks on our site which led to negative SEO of our site. From that point on his response time on completing activities, sending reports, responding to questions, etc. slowed dramatically to the point where we decided to cancel our service with him.  We notified him of our decision to cancel.  Shortly after, we received an email from him refusing to refund the pre-payment for services which have not been performed yet.

We filed a complaint with the Southern Nevada Better Business Bureau which he ignored and we are now forced to take legal action.  BBB develops and maintains Business Reviews on companies in our service area. This information is available to the public and is frequently used by potential customers.
