BOB'S FURNITURE AND GUARDSMAN PROTECTION PURCHASED $2200. of furniture from BOB'S.I WAS TALKED INTO GETTING HIS FOOL-PROOF,NO GIMMICK PROTECTION PLAN.SOUNDS GREAT,BUT DO'T TRY AND COLLECT.THIS IS A 5 YEAR PLAN .AFTER THE FIRST YEAR BOB'S HAN, Internet
- 4/11/09 purchased sofa,loveseat,and chaise from Bob's discount furnitue store in Totawa,N.J.
had a birthday party for a 4 year old. 17 four and five year olds
filed a report with Guardsman protection purchased through Bob's
repair team responded to my home .informed sofa must be replaced
rep from guardsman called and stated their not liable for that type of tear
put in a letter of protest to the Executive review board
recieved answer from Executive board.
bottom line--they don't want to take responsibility for plan
want to return remaining money for plan
10/15/10 - 3/3/11
during this time i made at least 10-12 calls to Bob's .they always had an excuse about the system being down. once they were getting a new system,won't be up and running for 2-3 weeks.got the run-around for months
bottom line- Bob's agree sofa needs to be replaced BUT Guardsman is responsible
