Boca Java Gourmet Coffee & Tea exhorbitant charge to quit membership Deerfield Beach,, Florida

After receiving  a shipment of 2 lbs of coffee and being charged over $35.00 I tried to cancel membership after paying the invoice for that shipment.    I wrote, no answer.  I emailed, no answer.  Another shipment came and I called the company to find that I had to cancel by phone only.  The person on the phone told me I could return the shipment for a refund.  I returned the coffee.  However, upon opening my credit card bill I find that I was charged $35.94 for the coffee but credited only $2.97.  When I called about it, the person stated that there is a $25.00 return fee plus the cost of shipping and so i was only due the $2.97, which means I was charged $33.00 for absolutely nothing.  She kept insisting I should have read the fine print and that it states membership fees on the website.  What a RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never ever deal with this company.
