Boca Java Charged credit card and shipped coffee to my house when I never ordered from them. Internet

Yesterday I received a package from Boca Java with a few bags of coffee that I never ordered (I had never even heard of them). There was a receipt in the box with no amount on it, so I checked my credit card and saw that about a week ago, my card had been charged and then refunded a couple of days later.

Today I called Boca Java and they told me they had flagged the charge as fraudulent, so they refunded it and I did not have to return the coffee. I asked why someone would have made such a small charge with my credit card and they said people will make a small charge to see if it goes through and then start making bigger charges. I was still wondering why they had it sent to my house when I called my credit card company to cancel my cards and get new ones. The weird thing is that this was the only fraudulent charge on my card and it happened a week ago, which is plenty of time for someone to go out and buy a lot more.

I was still feeling unsettled so I searched the Internet for "Boca Java Credit Card Fraud" and found many complaints about this company. Most other complaints about them have to do with not being able to cancel membership, but three others matched my story exactly--they had never placed an order and the shipment came to their house.

This leaves me very unsettled and it seems further investigation needs to be done here.
