 unscrupulous, lied,took my money and said car would be here in 5 days, although the sales person john was great manager(face of company) left me hanging with my keys all total in agency close to hr after telling sales person he would handle it he was not only evasive but vy vy rude and unkept, needles to say after repeated calls almost 1 wk i got him live and of course he folded like a cheap suit. telling me he didn t have car as promised this week tried bait and switch, seen it before,67 yrs old he s a babe in the woods, if he is the unscrupulas face of ernie bock jr don t even go there, get it in writing as i did the proof is in the pudding, thats why they are rated vy low
