I ordered a bumper lip for my 04 BMW 530i on march 3 2013 I still have not received the item. I contacted them 2 weeks ago, to have them figure out what is going on & all they've done is give me the run around, no one has answers for me, all they keep saying it that they will create a claim with FedEx, after I placed my order I received an email from bodykits.com telling me, the part is in stock and it was ship on the following day after placed the order, so far nothing, it has been over a month, I asked them to please refund my money to my credit card and they have refused, they keep saying that they need to file a claim with FedEx when I spoke to Derik the customer service manager, he said that he contacted the warehouse in walnut California to see if the item had shipped, but they couldn't tell if it had or not. I asked him to just ship another bumper lip to me, he refused and said that they couldn't risk the possibility of sending 2 items to me, but I guess is ok for me to be inconvenienced and have to seat here and wait for them to unravel their mess. Their customer service is horrible, they do not care about the consumer, this company is a rip off, do not buy from them they'll take your money and run, I forgot to mention that they charged me $98.00 for shipping rip offs
