I ordered Nexiderm-SP from Boehm-Ritter on E.marketResearchgroup.com through an offer for qualifying for a Gap Gift Card.

On this site I thought were legitamite companies: Video Professor, BMG Music, My DailyDose Vitamins, Columbia House, PetCareRx and so forth. Nexiderm-Sp was also listed. I ordered for the 10 day trial for $9.95 to help my skin. The site said if in 10 days you weren't happy you could cancel. I tried to cancel at least a half dozen times by phone and could never get a live person. I called at different times when it suggested that it was a peak period. It was never different. I would wait for upwards of half and hour and listen to music because I wanted to cancel and get my name off there order department. When the automated voice finally did come on they said no one was available to take my call and to call back later.

Their other lame excuse was the mailbox was full and I would have to call another time. This became very frustrating so I emailed several times with no response. I then faxed and faxed again. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. I found out I have unauthorized charges of $89.95 plus anything for shipping. I won't stop here. I'll contact the media, my credit card company with more certified letters and bank disputes or anything else to get my money and these charges off my credit card. I'll never, ever will quit. Hell will freeze over before that will happen. I am a force to be reckoned with. Just you wait Boehm-Ritter. You will be very sorry you ever messed with me!
