Boise Paper DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SETTING UP TO HAUL LOADS FOR THIS COMPANY!! Bensenville Nationwide

 I was brought in by a friend that works there to haul loads of paper for this company. As he directed me to the right person Marty Hartt to get set up and be able to work together. The set up process took over 3 months. Marty Hartt forwarded the set up process to some other guys in the company via email. The set up process took over 3 months due to them being so dis organized with the process and paperwork. I filled out all the necessary paperwork and quoted them for certain lanes. I did not hear back from them for about 6 weeks. I kept emailing to find out whats going on. I was told the set up process takes a while. My friend that works there also kept asking me whats going on because it never takes this long to set up and theres new carriers being set up and brought in. After 6 weeks they finally came back and said they lost all my paperwork and that I have to redo it. So I did. Then they told me I need a SCAC code to do business with them. I told them I dont need one due to not going out of the country and or shipping ports. They came back and said they need one in order to do business because they use that # to coordinate carriers with shipments. So I went out of my way to get the SCAC code and pay $75 for it. They finally were able to finish the set up process and said they will let me know when shipments are available. After the New Year 2016 I received a letter stating its time to renew my SCAC code for the 2016 year. I contacted Marty Hartt at Boise paper who originally was my point of contact to set up with them. I advised him of the letter I got and that if I am to renew the SCAC code and pay another $75 I need to get some business first because I havent gotten any from them and just wasted my $ and time doing paperwork. Marty Hartt told me not to bother. These people are a joke and waste carriers time and end up going with stupid a broker in the end which is CH ROBINSON. Thats who they use and CH Robinson takes a nice cut out of the loads for nothing! They just forward paperwork to a carrier like me and take 30% cut if not more. BOISE PAPER IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO HAUL LOADS FOR THEM!!!
