Bond Investigations, Inc Dorian Bond info@bondinvestigations.com Failed to provide any information on case phoenix Arizona

I hired Dorian Bond of Bond Investigations, Inc (private investigator) on 30 August 2016.  He was to provide me with either video footage or still photos of someone possibly cheating on me in a hotel.  i provided him with all of the requested information (pictures, hotel receipt with room number, etc,.).  i paid the $350 fee on 30 August. 

On 31 August i still didn't hear anything from him.  i emailed him on 31 August and he stated he was waiting to hear back from the hotel manager and that he should hear something by 5 pm.  well, i didn't hear back from him on 31 August.  I called him on 1  September and he stated he was in route to the hotel and that he told the manager it was a criminal investigation as the cover story.  I emailed back on 2 September and he stated he had just talked with the manager and the manager told him that once he had that date and time ready for viewing he would call him.  I didn't hear anything back from him on the 2nd so i emailed him again on 3  september through 5 sep. 

i didn't hear  from him between 3-5 september.  he finally emailed on 6 september and stated he received a voice mail from the manager this morning and that he would be going there at 4pm. he called my office on 7 sep and stated he was at the hotel and that the previous general manager had just got fired and that was the delay. he stated the new GM would let him view the recording but it was just be of the entry/front desk because they don't have cameras in the hallways.  he called me twice on the 7th to give an update while supposedly at the hotel.  However, i never received anything from him. 

i told him i would be filing a complaint against his company because he has been giving me the complete run around with conflicting stories.  all information has been inconsistent.  i have been ripped off and i demand to have my $350 reimbursed to me immediately before taking this to court.
