Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This site has double standards in that the (un-paid) moderators in the forum boards allow their friends to stalk, harass and insult other members unchecked. But the instant some-one defends themselves against any member of their clique, that member recieves a "time-out".
They consider themselves immune to their own rules, which they enforce on all who are not part of their social circle.

After finally locating some-one above "dawn" in the corporate offices who genuinely listened to my legitimate grievances, we came to an agreement that matters on the site where in dire need of addressing.
An overhaul of the moderators was performed, and my banishment from the site had been lifted.
While some trouble-making members have apparently vacated the site, others remain. I suppose only time will tell whether the changes made will be sufficient enough for this website to fully realize its potential to be the best BDSM site on the internet.
My gratitude goes out to Mr. S. S. A. Rhaman of Friendfinder Inc., who handled the situation with the utmost professionalism expected in such cases.

In addition to lying, stonewalling and blowing me off, "dawn" at support@bondage.com has further complicated matters by deleting profiles of the members who were victimized by her and her buddies on the site, in what she described as a "crash" due to unforeseen circumstances during "routine maintenance of the site." For those of us who hadn't made copies of the infractions at the time they occured, the evidence is now deleted.
