Complaint Review: BONGO US
BONGO US bongo international WRONG WEIGHT (50 lbls instead of 5) AND NO ANSWER TO INQUIRIES Internet
First, items are supposed to be weighed, and with a premium account it is supposed to be repackaged.
I was very surprised to discover that one of my items was registered 50 lbls, as one second identical item was 5 lbls.
It took a week to have this mistake modified. During this time no shipping was possible (300 US$ more on the Shipping bill !).
After they corrected this volontary? mistake, I asked for new weighings. Running shoes. They charge a "dimentional weight" which is 3 times higher then simple weight (Dimensional Wt: 3.74/Actual Wt: 1.2). This is not understandable as they are supposed to get rid of the box if they really re-pack.
But most of all I send mails, post messages with no answer from them since 10 days. I filled the USPS form 10 days ago and it is still in a "not validated" state.
