I work with Bonnie and find her very kind and helpful.  Everyone has their story...

I can honestly say that I like working with her.  My only complaint is that she is a hard core democrat!  She constantly knocks republicans and secretly despises Orange County.  She came from Los Angeles to start a new life and rid of her criminal past with her ex.

I take pride in being a republican. Bonnie is an extreme liberal! I have lived in Orange County my entire life and love it here.  People who don't fit in, such as Bonnie, should return to Los Angeles. It is conservative here and is not the lifestyle for everyone.

I have come across my name in this posting.  It's very childish and disrespectful to everyone named in this posting.  In fact, there are so many individuals named that I am unclear as to the purpose.  It's unfortunate that our society has resorted to this as a means to communicate or rather an avenue to harm someone's reputation.

I personally feel that in this era of so much mental illness, one should never use this term freely or make light of it.  What has happened to respect and dignity?

Choose your battles and leave everyone else out!  Furthermore, take it somewhere else rather than via the Internet.

I saw Renee Sebastian walking her 3 dogs in Grove Isle recently. She is located at (((redacted))) Bella Mode. She is always fleeing from something or someone - very unstable.  She may have changed her identity by now.

I am a real-estate agent servicing all of Orange County for over 20 years. Democratic liberal views just don't mix with conservative Republican views. It is not in the best interest for clients nor does it serve rightfully to Republicans for a hard-core democratic liberal feminist to be involved in real-estate...for the sole reason that 99% of all residents of OC are proud republicans!!

There are numerous other cities that one can do exceeding well in this profession and blend with their own kind.

This is in response to the scathing defamation of character regarding stellar realtor, Bonnie Hart.  That bogus complaint was by a vindictive ex friend (referred to "friend" in this rebuttal) of Bonnie's.  That "friend" was upset about a catty personal -- not professional -- experience.  That "friend" should be sued for defamation of character -- done with malicious intent to sabotage Bonnie's career.

My positive experience with Bonnie is quite the antithesis of the bogus "complainer/friend."  Bonnie takes great pride in her real estate career.  It took her over six years to build it up and she has a superb reputation.  My Rebuttal Re:  Complainer's Allegations: 

1.  "Dirty Car":  It is virtually impossible for anyone to have an immaculate car 100% of the time.  Because that complainer was a "friend" of Bonnie's at the time, if Bonnie's car wasn't immaculate, it should have been more acceptable; since, they were friends.  With another home buyer and myself, Bonnie's car is always immaculate.

2.  "Unorganized":  That is impossible.  Bonnie is THE most organized agent in the industry.  She routinely listens to my  home needs and e-mails me appropriate listings.  She calls listing agents, if I have questions on listings.  She allows me to comment on each listing via her top-notch MRMLS Matrix system.  From that, she narrows down my search.  She schedules an action-packed organized day of home showings.  Most impressive:  She stays late in her office to organize print outs in a binder of all homes we plan to see.  She leaves room on each page for me to write comments.  There is no better way to be organized!

3.  "Late:"  That is impossible.  Bonnie is THE most prompt agent in the industry.  She is usually not only prompt, she is also early for appointments.  For our home showings, sometimes we wait on the listing agent who is late; since, Bonnie meticulously schedules appointments.

4.  "Another Realtor Chosen":  That "friend" was so unhappy with and miserable in CA.  She didn't have many friends (possibly only Bonnie at the time?) due to her negativity.  The only reason that "friend" chose another realtor is due to her move from CA to FL.  Bonnie's a registered CA agent, not a FL agent!  And, when that "friend" was in CA, she was not an easy customer.  She made Bonnie show her multiple homes to rent, not buy.  She occupied an exorbitant amount of Bonnie's time.  Bonnie specializes in home buying and selling.  Bonnie tried to do that friend a favor to show her rentals.

5.  "Changing Real Estate Firms":  That is usual and customary in the competitive real estate market.  Bonnie's building her business and it takes time to find a good fit.

6.  Ripoff Report:  Please remove that defaming complaint against Bonnie.  Bonnie didn't "rip her off."  On the contrary, that "friend" ripped off Bonnie.  She wasted Bonnie's time and neither purchased nor rented a CA property.  That complainer moved to FL!  If you don't remove that bogus complaint, it tarnishes your website's crediblity.  If it's not removed immediately, one would deduce you allow anyone to post untrue defamatory reviews without repercussions to malicious complainers and your website.

Can you please fix the 2 previous posts rebuttal I made? There is a huge separation of the testimonials on the first page. Can you delete the space?

I have been in the real estate industry for over 8 years. During that time I have been at 3 real estate companies and have left on good terms. 

Real estate is my passion. I really love my career. Is is very satisfying to me. 

I drive a brand new late model car and it is in immaculate condition. I also have GPS and am very considerate of my client's time.
