SCAM REPORT:

Six weeks ago, I was introduced to MYRIAM TOUIMER through a craigslist AD for discounted furinture. At the time I was searching for a vendors who made custom sofas. MYRIAM TOUIMER  had an ad describing herself as botique vender. She said she had the resources to get furtinure made in 4-6 weeks and she could get my exact sofa made with a good price. So I looked up her company's website it seem legit so I scheduled a meeting  within the next couple days. Are meeting went pretty good she presented herself well so I trusted that she could deliver. 
 
Within a few days of after ironing out out the details Sofa. I gave Myriuam a deposit of $1490 ( half price)  which was needed to start the work. throughout the next couple of weeks Myrium tried to get more money out of me pressing me to buy more furtinure from her website, but I gracefully decline.. as I just wanted to get the sofa first. 

Within 5 weeks of paying my money I get a call from Myriam stating that the leather I pick wasnt flexible & the furniture upholster is having a hard time to get it to bend properly. she next stated he can finish it but  it may fall apart in a year & or would I like to change the leather to something more flexible. I was terribly confused  How could she wait f ive Weeks to let me know about the sofa (THE FIRST SIGN OF BEIONG RIPPED OFF)  I told her  I didnt want any changes I just want the sofa just do the best he can do( I really like the leather) line SO next we scheduled the deilvery and her driver service never showed up I waited 5 hours. I tried  to make contact maryium... she stop answeing my phone calls and became highly abusive  through text message like I did something wrong. After a few days  she gives me bogus explaination about her delivery service driver was fired and and  the truck was left unatented. she said she could reschedule the delivery for next week it would be free of charge. Next week came same story no driver showed & Maryium was no where to be found. 

 

 I threatened to take legal action if my money wasnt paid. she never answered.
After all of this he emails and phone calls and text m,essages  I won't be getting my money back. 

I want to hear from ANYONE who has had dealings with  Miss Touimer as I am currently speaking with the Federal Police in my country and the FBI Fraud investigators in the U.S.A. Any information you send would be handled with extreme confidentiality. We will take your direction on handing certain material over to the authority. 

Myriam Touimer is someone that has a very long list of lies and deception to her name. I can't believe I didn't know more about her before trusting to do bussines. After doing some research  I saw Articles on numerous blogs  how she never pays rent and squats at various locartion throughout  LA. please dont rent or do any type of bussiness with person. she is very persuasive and demanding and rude. You will recogize her when you see her she has a (((REDACTED))). She stays in the part Labrea Area or Around the Grove in Los Angeles and drives a green Jeep. she hangsout the in the trendy LA places like Isabelle on fairfax. PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT .

This woman needs to be charged and labeled as a fraud. I will not stop until he pays for what he has done to so many people.
