The company's website shows them in Dublin, CA. The order process shows them in San Ramon, CA.
I ordered tea two months ago. The charge went through the day the order was placed. I have no tea yet, and I have not gotten answers to any emails (some bounced) or phone calls (I have left many messages).
They have 2 complaints showing at the Better Business Bureau for Oakland, CA. It is the same company (phone and post office box) but a different website.
The websites I accessed were teainc.com and flavoredtea.com. If you do a google search on their phone number (9255510219) you will get several pages of hits. Notice how many different web addresses they have.
I am a very experienced Web shopper who shops with big name stores as well as individuals. I have never had a situation like this in all my years of Internet shopping. AVOID these scam artists, and file a report if they got you, too.
