Black Noir Magazine, BN Magazine, Flo Buzz - Jones Radio, Florence Anthony, and Dottie Media Group LLC has legal action against them in the City of New York, State of New York and the County New York Civil Court in March 2007 by Clyde Smyth for fraud for the Maximum of $5000 in Small Claim Court judgment was awarded in the amount of $5,000 plus interest on April 21, 2007 to Clyde Smyth. Ms Anthony refused to show up for court on the fraud charges to explain why she took individuals and companies money knowingly she did not have the funds to publish any magazine in January 2007 or March 2007.

Ms Anthony is a dead beat can to be trusted. This Judgment matter will be turn over to the US Marshal in New York County for levy wit for collection to the money and or selling all her asset that will total the amount of the Judgment.

Ms Anthony is a dead beat beware make sure before you paid her for any ad is that your ad is published and the magazine is on the news stand. NEVER pay her in advance you will fall to her fraud practices since Ms Anthony refused to pay me my money ($5525.00) that fraudulent used for her needs with no published magazine in January 2007 or March 2007.

Florence (Flo) Anthony solicited me on November 21, 2006 for $5525.00 for ad in January 17, 2007 Black Noir Magazine (BN Magazine)/Dottie Media Group LLC and other individuals and companies in the amount of over $100,000 knowingly she did not have funds to publish any magazine. The Black Noir Magazine January 17, 2007 was never published. This was Rip-off to the Individuals and companies that paid over $100,000 for advertising that was not published. All party that was rip-off should look at Class Action Suit against All of the above names that was committed this fraud.

My Check in the amount of $5525.00 that was payable to Dottie Media Group LLC never deposit into Dottie Media Group LLC bank account it was cash at a check cashing (place) in Harlem NY by Florence Anthony as AKA Dottie Media Group for the money for personal needs. This also is fraud and will be reported to the IRS with a copy of my cancelled check.

Also, other individuals and companies paid Florence Anthony, Dottie Media Group LLC and Black Noir Magazine for advertising in the January 17, 2007 and March 2007 Black Noir Magazine that was never published. This is fraud along with cashing company checks for personal needs the IRS and State Attorney General should look into to Florence Anthony and company advertising fraud rip-off and taxes for company checks paid the company been used by Florence Anthony and not by the company.
