Hi... my wife goes home for lunch as she usually does, well on this day she gets home 2 kids looking about 19 show up to the door and talk about selling magazines.. they were talking about raising points so they could go on a college trip to cancun. Jeff Young was the guys name... well she was talking to them about the subscriptions and when the guy wanted to write an order up my wife invited Jeff and some other kid in to finish it up. She thought they were going to write up the receipt and we would be shipped the bill about the magazines.. she ordered 6 because she wanted to give this kid some points.

After he said it would be $250 my wife did not know what to do, she wanted them out of the house.. she was late going back to work and she tried to rebuttal out of it but they smoothed talked her back to buying it.. she gave them the information and they called it in.. she just wanted them out of the house.. imagine if you are a 22 year old female with 2 males now in your house and trying to get out.. she felt very intimidated..

She should never of let them in the house, correct.. but we have kids who sell in our neighborhood all the time.. she didn't realize until after they were in the house, and she was going to do anything to get them out..

After this occurred, I immediately stopped payment on the check.. funny thing is Jeff Young, writes in the date of 3/7/2005 on the front and writes must cancel by 3/9/2005 on the back... EXACTLY why I stopped payment on the check.. i mailed in the cancellation but do not want to take any chances from the company saying it's too late.. by a mistake from one of their PRO's Jeff Young.. check out thanksforthepoints.com and you will see he was a pro on 10/04... i dont' see this being a mistake.. he does this everyday how can you get the month wrong.. anyway.. they are a scam... do not buy from them... my wife has learned her lesson needless to say
