Bookvip.com Gino, moneth(from what I was told) are two of several people I spoke with. Broken promise, false advertising, contradicting Internet based Internet

 Last July my husband and I went through bookvip.com for a stay at Daytona. We went and did a video tutorial of our stay while on the resort and received a free 3 night stay at any westgate in the United States.. When we got home I called bookvip to confirm and they said yes. I asked how long was it good for and they said I must use it within 1 year or it will expire. I ask about staying at westgate myrtle beach and they said yes cause it's inside u.s... So yesterday may 28,2016 I called to book the stay for June 16 and was told they only could honor for stay at Vegas or Orlando but we wanted myrtle beach. I sent a messenger complaint and did a complaint on their fb page.

They did read the messenger message but didn't respond. I called today may 29 and they said they would allow myrtle beach but there were no rooms available for the days we need. My husband already took vacation days that can't be changed. So I did ask if the westgate could be transferred to a different resort and Moneth said yes and extended the free stay through December 2016. I called Hilton myrtle beach and they had rooms, so did festiva at sandcastle and holiday inn surfside all at myrtle beach. I did tell them it was through a promotion with bookvip.

I even put bookvip on speaker and used my husbands phone to call holiday inn surfside myrtle beach and put them on speaker so bookvip could hear them say they have rooms for the days we need but book vip still said there are no rooms. I did record every person I spoke with and I did tell the last guy this as well. So my husband put in vacation days and we aren't going to get to use them because of their lies! I want this fixed and honestly with all the trouble they should honor the free vacation which was already promised and then they should have to pay for our gas and all food just so we don't sue them. Those vacation days is a weeks pay down the toilet! Pissed and won't backdown! They can make us happy or we will talk to a lawyer, I have my proof.
