Boone County Kentucky Family Court Judge Linda Rae Bramlage Family Law??? Are you kidding me? Burlington Kentucky

I have been in her court room since 2011. The case involved Heather Brockman's and my son in a Dependency, Neglect, and Abuse case. I did not testify, because all of the evidence pointed to Heather abusing our son. However, when Dr. Ty Brown's notes on Heather only stated that she has, "seizure like symptoms..." and did not diagnose Heather with epilepsy, "Judge" Bramlage refused to take any of that into any consideration. She still found that Heather has epilepsy, even when the Neurologist found that she did not have epilepsy. Furthermore, Heather used this "seizure" excuse as to how our son got injured, and then accused me of knowing about it. I thought that I didn't have to prove anything, since all of the evidence pointed to Heather intentionally causing the injuries, and that she was lying about having seizures. Nope! I was wrong!

It wasn't long after our son was taken out of the home, that the "Judge" put him right back into the custody of his child abusing mother, and psychotic maternal family. To be exact, it was within 2 weeks after he was removed from an abusive home, that he was placed right back there; and without Heather proving to the court that she is following her case plan - as set by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.

I presented documented proof after documented proof of my allegations against Heather, and that she is still abusing our son, but Bramlage blatantly ignored me. She even ignored the pleas of the Cabinet, Commonwealth, and the Guardian ad Litem (my son's attorney), when she place my son back into Heather's care.

It wasn't long after that, that Heather and her family were bragging about knowing Bramlage on a personal level, and contributing thousands to her campaign. It's no wonder why she ruled against me so many times, and why I got the short end of the stick. Several people witnessed Heather and her parents say all of that, and I'm willing to call each of them to testify before the Judicial Conduct Commission.

I have been in  Judge Linda Bramlage's   court many times facing my ex's, fause accusations  every time Judge Bramlage saw thru my ex's lies and ruled the correct judgement , ,so when I ask for custody based on evidence Judge Bramledge awarded me custody of my son,,, no money was given,,, no deals made,,, ,just the truth in evidence and testimony won the case ,Judge Bramlage is fair honest and truly cares about the children not what the parents want ,but what is best for the child 

 So bottom line ,do not lie ,do not produce false evidence ,be respectfull ,but most of all be a good parent and you will receive justice with Judge Linda Bramlage
