I would not advise anyone to buy, try or use BOOST Mobile service. I've activated 2 Phones in the last 3 months with them and its been nothing but problems.Take the time to read on. It could happen to you too: FIRST of all you need to realise that most of the CustomerReps either dont hear to good or just simply illiterate ( how many times do you need to SPELL your name(which they still enter incorrect) or repeat your # and passwords.

1)I called 1 time to reset my Voicemail Password the Rep assured me it was done. I hung up. 5 min later my phone doesn't work when I call back Im told that the rep i spoke to made a request for my phone # to be changed and it was approved( so even if I did requested that # be changed why wasnt I given the new #)

2)Another time i requested mobile web service told its gonna cost 20cent a day and takes 24 hrs to activate..ok cool, 4 days 3 Reps 3 SUPERVISORS and 80 cents LATER I fanally get a supervisor to make the web work a simple key combination that could have been done from day 1 by the fist rep. Boost refuses to give me a refund for the 4days that i was unable to use the service but billed for.

3)Sent 1 text message from my phone and im double charged for it so thats a total of 10cents by 2 after this I use the WALKIE TALKIE for about 1 hr later that day and my phone is shut OFF my Balance was $1.45
they took the $$ let me get service for 1hr and shut it off when there offering UNLIMITED WALKIE TALKIE for $1.50 a day so i call in and bring up the issue of the double charge for the text which dropped my ballance to 1.45 instesd of $1.55. AGAIN denied a refund or credit.

4)So I buy a $20 card an Re Boost call in and complain to a Supervisor about the way I was spoken to by a Rep 24Hrs LATER my phone is OFF again(Saturday)call in I'm told the account was Canceled and im gonna have to pay to RE ACTIVATE, Supervisor says the accont was cancelled by "ME" earlier in the day, so Im telling him it wasnt me i didnt. He says someone called in with the password and cancelled I then ask him so therefore we have a case of FRAUD he says NOPE! just you cancelled your account, would you like to BUY a reactivation card?

So i tell him No please look into my account and have it replaced, after calling on MONDAY,nothing TUESDAY for over 90 min on HOLD, Hung up on 2 times and Reps who just didnt want to be bothered by me and tranfered me to other reps im told my # was PORTED out and i can get a new # but may not geet back any unused ballances and will recieve NO credits JUST A FREE REACTIVATION and I can RE BOOST at a retail neighbood dealer or buy mins with a credit card.

NOTE: Dont even wast your time asking for a number to a Cooperate office,because it seems that the only way to get in touch with the company is the 888-BOOST-4U # I also visited the website were your told Emails will be replied to withing 48Hrs. Well it's been 3 days and counting now

WORST customer service in the world. NO regards for customers at all. RUDE and INDIFFERENT.

I'm really sorry you apparently got idiots on the line. Every company has them, though I've found that the majority of those in MY call center, at least (which is, admittedly, the best one of the Boost call centers, but sadly has switched to Unlimited only), are actually intelligent. I know all of my friends who are coworkers would have certainly helped to straighten these issues out if they are indeed exactly how you have described them.

In fact, I have had the opportunity to help people on a couple occasions with these types of problems, resuming a wrongly canceled account, giving credits for walkie talkie service being cut off, etc. If someone changed your ptn without you knowing, there's not really much successive agents can do, of course, except file a report about the agent's misconduct, which I have also had to do in the past, but you certainly should have been able to get your phone working if you were talking to one of our competent agents. Believe me, also, if this was the standard behavior of these people you talked to, they probably aren't working with us anymore if Quality is doing there jobs at all.

I regards to number 3:

You have to have the FULL amount on the account to get the UNLIMITED walkie talkie for the day AND you must keep your account above a zero dollar balance.
