Boost Mobile won't refund money they didn't earn Irvine, California

When i plugged my phone in Motorola i455 to charge it went dead the came back with error information, i called boost mobile and was told to call motorola.  I called motorola and was told that it would cost $100 plus to fix a fifty dollar phone, they said to call boost mobile.  I called boost mobile again was transferred about 6 times and was finnally sent to immagration or at least i think thats what they called it.  The individual there told me it's not boost mobiles policy to refund money and there was nothing they could do.  He gave me the Irvine CA address but told me I probably  wouldn't get any help there either.  He was right, I only lost $40 and change, so the best thing I can tell anyone is don't ever buy a boost mobile plan, or a motorola phone, they will just rip you off.
