Boost mobile Sprint Went to Boost on 8/11/2014 paid 162.00 , was told because my igsisting ph is a Verizon that i would have to pic a free phone or purchase another. Mesa Arizona

went to boost mobile, wost mistake ever. this company doesn't even desreve a rating it sucks so bad!

this company is a branch of sprint celluar.

Due to being a start up business owner money is tight so i took the free phone. Nothing but problems ever since, constantly dropping calls. i went back to the store to let thm rectify all i was told is that we're sorry you feel that way and i can purchase another phone and there policy doesn't allow them to refund the monrey it took to get started. So Boost is sorry that I feel that i have been scammed and because boost is an off branch of Sprint they have no way to rectify the problem, but they will look into it! I have filed a complaint with (FCC)and the (BBB). there is no accountibility with Boost mobile, i had a bad gut feeling about Boost when i walked into the store, i should have listened to my gut, i am leaving Boost (ASAP)
