Boshoff Beyers Farmfreund Took money for product and never sent the product to us and can't be contacted Internet

Boshoff Beyers sells cattle immobilizers under the name of farmfreund. I came across him on alibaba and contacted him about his product. He asked us to become a distributor in Australia for his product. My company fjord manufacturing went ahead and paid him $1400+ and waited for the product.

After a few weeks we were sent an email about a new product that replaced the old one and that we should pay extra for the new one. We declined this offer and said we needed the old style in our hands before we would order the new product. We ordered and paid last August 2011 and it is November 2011 and we have not received our goods.

He also promised us distributorship of the product, I started a fake email address and sent him an inquiry and he responded offering my fake person the dealership rights as well. This man is a very good fraudster and I had to report him before anyone else got caught.
