i too was scammed by BEI. i signed up to purchase 2 properties in which they were to convert to condos and until they did they were to rent the properties out and manage the rentals to pay my mortgage payments. Not only did they not find tenants, but they've disappeared with money attached to the properties and have left to pay huge mortgage payments on the properties. Josh Brown has disappeared and I have 2 properties going into foreclosure

The investor agreement required Boston Equity Investments (BEI) to pay investor 10k at closing and pay three months mtg payments. For this particular individual BEI paid several Mtg payments per property and BEI sent him an additional $50,000 in October and he signed a release from BEI. This investor has violated the terms of this release by posting misinformation about the company and officer. The company is winding down operations but in know way shape or form "run" from this particular investor or any investor.
