Botox By Allergan, Allergan's Botox, doctors, customer service are a rip off! Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I visited Dr. Arthur David in Pittsburgh for a Botox injection. I experienced NO reduction in between brow wrinkles and could still frown. I called the doctor and was told to wait a week, I waited and called again to report no change. He reluctantly saw me and said that I needed a "filler" which would cost several hundred more. I left and contacted Allergan who said they would send more botox to the doctor since I probably needed a little more to get results. Allergan customer service called me back and said that doctor David would not agree to give me a second injection. I complained and then Allergan said they would send a refund to Dr David and his office would contact me and arrange a refund. Needless to say, Dr. David's office NEVER contacted me and 9 days later, I again contacted Allergan. I have since seen another doctor who gave me botox injections with good results. I wrote to Allergan and asked that since they recommend doctor David and he ripped me off, would they send the botox they originally offered to my new doctor, who they also recommend. The said they would not do that and there was nothing they could do. So Allergan will send you an "information packet" and recommend doctor David, who may or may not use real botox and will do nothing except take your money and Allergan will do NOTHING to help you.
