This company Bottom Line Books sent not only once but twice two different sets of books of which I had to re package the first set and send them back at my own expense. The second set I was informed to not open and write return to sender as well as writting refusal of delivery. I DID NOT order these books either time I sent their books back to them unused and they have the audacity to keep sending me bills for books I DID NOT order and DO NOT WANT!
