Poor Service Ripoff artists

Mark, the supposed owner of the company failed to give us a contract. Missed every promised date. Failed to repair every problem he claimed we had. Tore up our concrete around the pool. Left it for a month. Did not return phone calls.

Took full payment in advance with a promise to complete the work within a few days. Cost us $Thousand in lost rentals and deposits we had to give back. Left the pool in deplorable condition.

His assumed that because we were from out of state and were not going to be up at our Cape house, he could get away with not doing the work.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They lie, misrepresent and are not reputable. We have gone to the Police, the Department of Safety, The Division of Standards and will soon be going to court.

If you were going to have this company do pool or any other work for you, take that money and dump it in the deep end of your pool or hot tub. At least you can watch your money. If you give it to them, it's gone.

If you look at how they respond to rating we've given them on other rating services, you can see how unprofessional. Profane language and obvious contradictions in their statments. Then they go in and rate themselves with fake names.

We have full photographic evidence of everything we state including payment receipts where they over charged our credit card.
