Box Office Ticket Sales Major Ripoff!!! Chicago Il

My husband received a presale code to purchase football tickets for the 2014 season. His phone locked up and the code became locked. We googled the venue name and up came a website that had the pictures like the venue and team website with a phone number. When my husband called to explain the issue he was having with his presale code the sales person did not inform him that she was not the box office at the venue and could not help him with the presale code. Instead she took an order and lead him to believe he was talking to the venues box office.

When I called them to tell them he had been misled they said there was nothing they could do but send it up for a supervisor urgent review. I am sure we will not hear back from them and we are being charge triple what the presale ticket amount is! I will never ever use this company to purchase game ticket or any other tickets for that matter! This company is a total RIP OFF and misrepresent themselves especially on the web! Please make sure you know who you are dealing with and that is it not the Box office of the venue you are trying to get tickets too. We learned the hard way!
