Ticket price agreed upon at time of sale

AUTHOR: boxofficeticketsales - ()

POSTED: Thursday, September 19, 2013

This customer was sold tickets at a purchase price of $49.50 per ticket. As we are a ticket marketplace, our sellers list their ticket inventory at the price they feel is necessary based upon availability. The House of Blues is a very small venue with a personal feel, which results in a very limited number of tickets, especially on the secondary market. We would not be able to speak for the House of Blues ticket availability, as we don't have access to their inventory.

Box Office Ticket Sales can only speak for our own sellers inventory, and at the time of the sale, the two tickets were the only tickets we had available from a seller. At the current time, we have 6 tickets available at $149.00 each and 6 tickets available for $150.00 each, as the market value has risen. This places each individual ticket at a full $100 over what this particular customer paid a few weeks ago.

We are very sorry that you feel you didn't receive the value you desired for your ticket purchase. Please feel free to contact customer service to discuss your purchase and learn a bit more about how our tickets are priced. We are happy to answer any questions you might have, either before or after the sale is made.

Please be aware that when you purchase tickets from any secondary marketplace, you are likely to pay above face value.
