I was contacted by Jerry Hoffman at Boxcar Stores. He wanted to interview me for a position within the company. He said to make reservations for air and hotel and the company would pay all travel expenses.
After the interview, per his request I sent all original documents of my expenses. After a month, I tried to contact Mr. Hoffman. He did not return my phone calls, either on his cell phone, his house or the office. I e-mailed him several tiems and he never responded. I wrote a letter, sent it certifited mail, so I know Boxcar received the letter. He did not respond. I contacted the BBB, they wrote a letter to the company and they did not respond.
If Boxcar asks you to pay your way to the interview, don't do it. They are not honorable and their word is as good as dirt.

Boxcar Stores has not tried to contact me. They did not return my calls or email messages. Their comments about my resume is incorrect, they flat out lied. If you read all the comments about them, there is a pattern. It does appear Jerry isn't honest.
If Boxcar Stores wants to contact me to resolve the issue, I've set up an email address for Jerry to write to me.

We have been trying to reach this person. For some reason they do not return calls. If we owe them money, we want to pay them and they must verify what we owe them. It seems like a game of fraud. Someone is deliberately trying to destroy our image. Be careful if you interview them. Their resume is full of distortions and facts. You would think that they could find a job with such a great resume. If they would contact us and we owe them money, of course we would pay them.
