Thank you for letting me know about this company first off!
I was sent an electric bill from Boyajian they said I was passdue on a payment. I was confused by this because my present bill with the same electric company is in good standing.
So, I tried to contact the electric company and they said the account number was invalid.
They had no record that I owed them money.
I decided to look boyajian up on the internet and found the rip-off Report...
Now at least I know what I'm up against.
please let me know what steps I need to take to stop them
and help put them out of buisness!

.....trying to avoid the lawsuits filed against him by the state AGs of New York and Connecticut. But it looks like his greed has overtaken his common sense once again. Jackie just can't resist the lure of bogus letters and phone calls in an attempt to collect money that he isn't entitled to.
If you keep receiving calls or letters, file a complaint with your state attorney general immediately. And don't bother calling the 800#, since the Boyajian employee you get is likely stoned, drunk, stupid or all of the above.

"One victim from Troy, in his Rip-off Report said Boyajian was previously known as JBC & Associates or JBC Legal Group but after having been pursued by state and federal regulators in several states they reorganized as Boyajian Law Offices headed by Jack Boyajian.
The victim says Boyajian is not licensed and has been denied a law license in New Jersey."

I have to say it was a beautiful Sunday here in Florida until I received an automated call from this Boyajian Law firm.
I had never heard of them so I immediately went to my computer because is seems as though Florida has the biggest scam artists there are.
I am really glad I did. I can not believe that this thief is getting away with this. If there is no action being taken in Florida it needs to start now and I would like to know whom I should contact.
We have had past credit issues but we have worked very hard to clean it up and I know for a fact we owe nothing to Verizon.
I want to thank this site for being here as well as budhibbs.com
