My former employer without my permission closed and transfered retirement account of 126.98 to BPAS. BPAS charge $5.00 a month fee an accounts lesss than $3000.

my first statement came with a 19.50 charge. I wanted to transfer the money to my fidelity account , Bpas wanted a fifty dollar charge and then have a policy to refused to disburse less than fifty dollars, Therefore they kept the entire rollover of 126.98.
