Brad Hogan claims he is a contract underwriter for Global Trade and International Investment Services S.A.  He is based in Costa Rica.  He claims to be able to fund Commercial Real Estate Projects Worldwide. 

This man is a fraud.  Brad Hogan claims he has a Saudi Arabian lending. This is how the scam works:

He claims to provide 100% financing for viable development.  He usually charges 10% and 6 points.  He issues commitment letters (usually with 30-45 day closings) and ask for a $12,000 due diligence fee.  If the client balks at paying the fee he tells them they buy the airline ticket and pay the "site inspector" directly.  He will then come up with excuse after excuse why the deal will not close.  I know brokers who have clients waiting for funding with letters of commitment issued in 2009!

Run...do not walk away from this man.  He is a professional.  He used to run a scam a few years ago selling land in Costa Rica under the guise of Costa Vista Land.  The only problem...he did not own the land he was selling.  He made about $3M on that scam which ran for a couple of years.
