Brad J Latta is just another incompentent business scam.  I hired him to represent me in a cut and dry Emergency Ex Parte Change of Custody petition. After two weeks it was plan to see that he is a sit back on my heels and see what happens kind of guy.  In two weeks he sit back and done nothing.  Meanwhile the Defendatnt and her attorney made strides.  All he did was use my money to focus on a Motion to Continue against my wishes.  In fact after dropping him as my counsel at 6pm he sent in a Motion To Conitine at 7:26PM.  I drove 4 hours to court and was there by 8am to find out this was done.  Brad J Latta will never get a recomendation from me.  In two weeks he managed to hurt my case more than help it.  Good luck if you decide to utilize his servies.
