2nd time i have made order with a guranteed delivery date, followed up with a phone call to verify and then be told 5 days later , that item is not in stock and i must scramble to get gift else where and pay exorbant shipping charges to get my gift for a loved one delivered on time. have emailed to cancel my order but customer service does not email an answer and my account still shows that it is goi ng to be sent at some point in the future.

I used the customer service contact form on the web site to cancel the order, responded to the customer service email saying that I would not get my product by Christmas as advertised and said cancel my order. Funny thing I checked the web site today 12/22/14 and you are still advertising get this product by christmas if ordered today, sounds like false advertising. You guys have the worst rep, starting reading the forums and reviews on the web and how you stay in business is beyond me.
