BrainHost.com Annual Unauthorized Access to My Bank Account Akron Ohio

Last year I had an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account by BrainHost.com.  I contacted them via email. After exchanging emails with a 'Sam' a Brain Host Customer Support person it was verified that I did not have an account with them.  I was refunded my money in full and was assured that my account information would be deleted (no one would have access to it).  Today I checked on my bank account and they had withdrew $108.70.  I phoned the company and was told that I did have an account and a domain name.  I was told that they would cancel my account and the domain name but that they would only refund $83. for the account as the rest of the money has been appropriated for the domain name and there was no refund for that.  I was told that since I own the domain name (which I don't have any idea what this is or what the supposed name is) that I could sell it online. (How am I suppose to sell something when I don't know what it is?)  I am very upset because (1) They have withdrawn money from my account twice without my consent (2) They lied about destoying my account information last year (3) They refuse to refund my money to me (4) Now they say I own something that I know nothing about.  

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
