Brake Masters Bad repairs... drums, rotors, pads... in only 7000 driving and numerous visits to fix it. VICTORVILLE California

Our automobile has been serviced through this Brake Masters 3 or more times since 2007; however, their brake job was inferior. OUR BRAKES WENT OUT COMPLETELY WHILE DRIVING LAST WEEK. All of the brake fluid drained out of the car through the driver side. We have only put about 7,000 miles on this car since they had originally replaced the brakes, drums, and rotors.

Yet, we had to return more than once for them to fix rotor and pad problems. We had bought our brake parts in 2007 at Pep Boys to save money, then brought the parts to BM. I don't advise using your own parts. They do not guarantee the parts, even though we bought the parts like their own. On Thursday night, the brakes went out; supposedly a leak in the brake line or "calipers."

We had it towed to the Hesperia Brake Masters, but they want us to pay $800 in repairs. Drums, rotors, and pads are once again bad. In Nov. '08 we had our brakes checked: rotors had to be resurfaced and pads we purchased at Brake Masters had to be replaced (they were brand new in 2007 and 2008) and not enough driving has taken place to make any sense as to why our brakes keep "BREAKING AND WEARING OUT."

Hesperia Brake Masters says that the brakes are out of adjustment, and since the driver side caliper went out, we need to replace both (recommended to replace both at one time). It's as though we've worn out our entire brake system since it was checked and fixed in NOVEMBER 2008. HOW CAN THIS BE????

We are looking into the possibility of what we can do - be it sue through court, go to the "corporate" Brake Masters, etc...HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS??? HAS ANYONE SPENT OVER $1,000 on a brake system that only lasted for a few thousand miles???
