Brake Planet - brakeplanet.com Order placed on July 6th 2009 . never recieved anything .Total cost $334. Cancil order still no reund and cant get any one on the phone . Email was sent out showing order cancil but still no refund. Rotors and brakes pads Ordered in July,09 The total cost $$334 I never recieved or refund . Still unable to get any one on the phone . They have total ripped me off and i am very upset . Internet, California

   I placed any order for rotors and brakes from back in July of 2009.The total cost was $334.00 which included shipping . I was total that I would received my order within 5 to 7 business days. After two weeks of not getting the order I call the company un able to speak with any one I at that time started leaving messages every day. (Still no return call.). After a month I  started chatting with customer service on  line they inform me that my order  were on back order . THe next week I was told  that the order would be shipped in 3 business days . Still unable to speak with a live person . I just ask them to cancel my order and just refund my money . I was told it would be refunded with in 48 hours . Still no refund so i chatted again and I was told that my order was not can it was still on hold. I ask at that time again if they would just cancel my order and email me a cancellation letter which they did . Still as of to day no refund and still un able to get some one on the phone .
