Brakes Plus is Ripping consumers off dishonest auto repair Pueblo Colorado

People do not go to Brakes Plus especially if you do not know anything about cars or bring someone with you who does know something about cars. Let me tell you my situation. I went to Breaks plus to get a new set of brakes instead of taking the car to the make of the car's garage like a fool. I figured that I'd save a little money if I took my car to just breaks. Big mistake! I went in they changed my breaks. I did not know anything about cars so I did not know that my car needed aluminum aloy brakes, instead of telling me Brakes Plus put the plastic good for nothing breaks on my car. They gave me a warranty of 6 mo.

About 1 mo. had passed by and my brakes were squeaking something bad. I took it back to breaks plus and they told me that the breaks were brand new and there was nothing more they could do for me but that I needed to buy additional service from them to keep the breaks properly oiled to stop them from squeaking. I did not want to purchase anymore from them so they said just to wait it out that the brakes needed to be "broke in."

So, I left and waited. About 2 months later the breaks were still squeaking. I took my car back in and they again said that I still needed to wait longer for my brakes to be worn in, in the mean time they told me to purchase a "bleeding" So I did thinking that it would help. Finally, the 6 mo "end of warranty" came and the brakes still weren't any better. I brought it in one last time and again they said the same thing to me. Suspecting something suspicious, I decided to take it to the Nissan garage since my car is a nissan and it was also where I bought it and had them inspect it. They said that Brakes Plus had put cheap breaks on my car and that I needed Aluminum Aloy breaks so that they wouldn't squeek.

I think Brakes Plus was just trying to keep me at bay until the 6 mo warrantee ended and charged me for the warranty and was dishonest in not telling me the real reason my breaks were squeaking. Now I got my breaks done right by Nissan and they do not squeek. But I will never do business with the dishonest business of Brakes Plus and am now boycotting them.
