Joseph M Horton, owner of Around The Clock Locksmiths (see RORs on this company) has been charged by the Maryland Attorney General with FRAUD and THEFT. When this was brought to the attention of Chief Eugene Jones of the PGCFD, he REFUSED to take any action or to even open an investigation. The PGCFD's "code of ethics" state,
We understand and hereby recognize and commit that our actions must always remain above reproach;
- We will remain honest in thought and deed in both personal and official life, and commit that we will strive to conduct our private affairs in a wholesome manner;
- We will be exemplary in obeying the laws of the land and the regulations of this Department.
It is pretty obvious from his actions that those words mean NOTHING!
A warning to anyone who has to call the Prince Georges Fire Department, a DISHONEST man dressed in a fireman's uniform may enter your house and steal everything inside, or come to a rescue call and steal your wallet or purse while pretending to treat you and Chief Eugene Jones won't care.

Shame on the person who posted this complaint. Did you really think the Prince George's County Fire Department under the "leadership" of Gene Jones really cares about ethics or accountability?
Jones and his cronies are out for one thing and one thing only-----Make as much money as they can while doing the least amount of work.
Jones has been a complete and utter failure since he took over the PGCFD and it won't get any better anytime soon.
All of PG County government is a joke and Jones is the Chief Clown.
Good luck to all and I hope your house doesn't catch on fire in PG County.
