Hello,

I am submitting this complaint because I have been ripped off by www.brand-cigarettes.com a.k.a Tww Bc. I ordered a monthly supply program,$1,800 U.S.D. worth of cigarettes (120 cartons) on January 21, 2005 from www.brand-cigarettes.com. I have a bank transfer copy of payment on that date to epay-systems in ESTONIA to a beneficiary bank of Tww Bc. I waited very patiently until 7 months and 4 delivery date promises came and went without a single carton being delivered.

It was recommended by Tww Bc management on may 30th 2003 to request a monetary credit (full refund) because they could not ship my order due to high wholesale orders. I supplied the necessary information and waited for the refund. I then waited patiently for another 4 months for a refund. Then they apparently lost all my bank information to do the refund so I had to fax it over again. I am sure now that this was all a scam and I will probably never see that $1,800 again. I could have earned interest on that $1,800 over the last 10 months.

I think it's time to quit smoking, it has cost me more than I know. I now just want to let other people know about this company before they too get Ripped Off!

It has been almost 2 years since I have sent $1,800. No refund, No product, No replies. This is a big scam. Now that I have some free time I am considering pursuing legal action for the original amount plus interest. I am waiting for yet another response to this latest email.

It has been almost 2 years now since I have sent you $1,800 U.S.D on 1/21/05. I now have some free time and I am determined to resolve this matter. I would like a monetary refund of $1,800 U.S.D(amount does not reflect accrued interest in time frame that the money has been held) or my original order fulfilled and delivered. I would like to resolve this peacefully without law suit to save any more lost time. Please advise me if you wish to refund or deliver original order.

over 1 year now.Still no refund or product

It has been 13 months now and I still have not received a refund. I have obviously lost $1,800 to these rip off artists. However, I'm sure there are people out there that have thought about ordering from them until they come across my complaint file. If I can keep at least $3,600 worth of "would be victims" from these people then I'll be happy.
