BRANDO PISTORIUS AKA TRANSFLOR REALTY INC, TRIED NTO SELL ME A HOME THAT HAS A SINKHOLE THAT HE DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT, AND ALSO THIS GREAT REAL
ESTATE MAN WOULD NOT REFUND MY OPTION MONEY WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT THAT AND THE FACT THAT THE HOME WAS BEING FORECLOSED ON , LIKE AT LEAST 4 OTHER PROPERTIES HE OWNS, BUT STILL WANTS US TO PAY HIM FOR THE TIME UNTIL WE LOOSE EVERY THING BECAUSE HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF.
HE IS NOW MOVING INTO THE COLORADO AREA TO DO THE SAME THING THERE. MY ATTORNEY AND I WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO STOP THIS MAN. I HOPR THAT ANYONE ELSE WILL FILE SUIT IF BTHEY ARE VICTIMS AS WELL. I HAVE CHECKED PUBLIC RECORD AND FOUND HE HAS QUITE A LUCRATIVE PAST. SELLING OTHER PEOPLES CARS ON CONSIGNMENT......BUT THEY NEVER SAW A DIME... IF YOU GO TOMTRANSFLOR REALTY WEB SITE YOU WILL SEE THAT HE IS TRYING TO LURE IN MORE PEOPLE NOW....RUN AWAY....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMER.....YOU ARE A LIAR BRANDO

Response to Complaint of Evicted Tenant

This complaint was filed by Debbie Noonan, an evicted tenant from one of my properties. At great expense and time I had to get a Writ of Possession to have her removed from my rental home in Port Richey.
She had an option to purchase by 12/31/08 and she claimed that she had the money from a lawsuit from the death of her husband. After 2 years of living in my rental home, she stopped paying her rent as well, and I was forced to evict her through the legal system of Pasco County. After she stopped paying rent, she created untrue stories and falsified documentation, all of which the Judge ruled against. After eviction, she tried a counter suit with more falsified documentation and untrue stories, to which the Judge again ruled against her, seeing that she was simply trying to exact revenge for her eviction.
The other false statements made in her complaint are fabrications not based in any truth or fact. I have never lived in Colorado, and I have never taken a car in on consignment in my life. These must be stories created for the purpose of revenge, once again.
The delay in this response was due to the fact I never check this website, and found this entry through a general search today. Debbie Noonan has several complaints against her on this site, so I suppose she is more familiar with logging entries here, and found it to be a good forum for her to create more harm. I trust the members of Rip-Off Report can see through the false claims and harmful innuendo to deduce what is true and what is manufactured for the purpose of harm by mean spirited and dishonest people such as Debbie Noonan.
