Brandon Ewell Ewells Group COMPLETE FRAUD Lawnside New Jersey , New Jersey

For anyone on the fence as to whether working with The Ewell Group,i.e Brandon Ewell is a good idea maybe this will help. Brandon informed me that this report has cost him business (money) which has hurt his ability to pay off this debt. I've been dealing with this situation for years now so that to me is not a valid excuse why he still hasn't returned the funds. Anyway, in an out of court room attempt to get this matter resolved like gentleman or (Men of God) using that term very loosely, a few scenarios were created to remedy the situation. I won't go into too many details as to how much money was requested but there were 2 amounts offered as good faith to repay the loan. Per our conversations Mr. Ewell agreed to pay a lesser amount within 10 days which would have been 9/27/10 so going off his WORD I paid to have a 4 page legal agreement drawn up and sent to him via email to approve. He actually got the agreement about 1 week later than planned however the contract put into writing what we talked about via phone. He was extremely upset with getting the contract a week late which I found quite odd considering how long I've been waiting to be made whole. I digress, I was willing to address any legitimate concerns he found with the contract he found 1 which was a easy fix. He claimed their were more concerns yet they never materialized in writing. You can imagine he didn't honor his word, reasons why? He had no intention on paying the requested amount. In my opinion he was stalling, calling my bluff to see how far I will take this case. To be fair he did make a $245 payment for September late? Yes but he did pay. He also promised to make the 10/8 payment as of today it is not paid! The nice guy I am I had in the contract how I would update this report once he signed and made the good faith agreement. So much for good faith or giving people the benefit of a doubt. You can not trust anyone. Off to court we go!
