I when to brandsmart to buy my son a tv on 3-4-06 my sons b-day was 3-5-06 a sunday well that monday 3-6-06 i went to return the tv and they would not take it back because the box was missing a piece of styfoam .
after disputing the charges with my credit card comp and getting no where with them also i decided to keep it i was tired the whole thing well the tv doesnt even work.
when back to brandsmart to return it and they told me that i would have to go through the manufacture which is located in NY YORK this is like the worst thing. i will never buy from them again.
it's really unfair that a person spends there hard earned money thinking they will honor meaning the company there garantee and you just get ripped off and stuck .
well this is a leason for all us ... thank you
