Branza Claim to "help business with online presence" but just took the money and ran Costa Mesa California

I opened a new game store recently and contacted Google so we can get recognized on Google Maps. After a couple days of that call, we were called by Branza saying they were going to help us with Google and to create a website for the store.

2 weeks after they recieved the first payment (~$100), they created a site without discussing us, without our knowledge of when it went live or anything. We had a customer come in telling us that there is a site with our name claiming they are a toy store whose been in business for years. I searched for this site and found it right below our meetup page and facebook page (those were the 3 and 4 items on the list).

I was completely blown away at how horrible it was!! They made it look like a child's candy and toy store! They used pictures of Toy'r'us and loopy lettering like you would find in a frilly candy store. We contacted Branza immediately and told them to use our pictures on facebook and gave them the information and "about us" paragraph. We told them to correct this within a couple weeks or we will demand a refund. Well, two weeks later, nothing happened and we called them to cancel our service and take down the site. Weeks went by and they didn't do anything. I called them up (by this time the site has been up for 2 months) and told them to take it down or I will go into lawyer mode and sue them for libel. Well, the site is still active (on Aug. 21, 2014) and they now claim we do concrete work. I am now working on a case against them for discrediting our game store's reputation. 

They are AWFUL!!
