Bravado Usa unfair buisness internet

i ordered four shirts and four lanyards online with this company for my wife who is going to a concert.I received an email saying that the items ordered were on back order,so i called the number given and cancelled the whole order.Then called back the next day to make sure that the order was cancelled. The person i spoke to said that the order was cancelled,then i received yet another email saying that the order was being shipped with the exception of the lanyards,because the company did not cancel my order they cancelled the lanyards that were on back order.

I called and spoke with management to find out why i was being charged for the order that i cancelled, the manager told me that they only cancelled the lanyards and that i would have to wait for the order to arrive at my home, refuse the order then wait for it to be sent back to the company and then have to wait about 2 or 3 weeks for them to send me my money back.This is wrong for them to do this to me
